We are very excited to announce our recent acquisition of Ag Tech Services. Ag Tech Services is a full line Trimble precision farming dealer located in the Columbia Basin and Tri-Cities area. In the short-term we will be incorporating our current precision farming program into Ag Tech Services and operate along with Odessa Trading Company as our retail divisions of Ritzville Warehouse Co. This will allow us to offer the best products and services in the market. Although you will receive different invoices from Ag Tech and Odessa Trading Company your current billing structure will remain the same. We expect this acquisition will close and we will take over operations sometime in March. Please give us a call if you have any questions or concerns.
